  The location was perfect for the one night we stayed. I was with our daughter's softball team and they had a great time swimming in the pool while the adults had a nice evening at the lounge and Casino.

  The one thing I would complain about was that most of our team members who did book on line the same way I did, ended up with breakfast vouchers when they checked in and I didn'T. When I asked about it the next day before going for breakfast I was told that some people booked differently and if they booked online that they would not receive one. That was not the case as most people did book online and still got one. I brought it up again when we were leaving but got no satisfaction or anything and felt they could have given one to me knowing most of our group got them. A little customer service would have gone a long way.

  The location is good. You can easily find many Chinese malls and shopping centre in just a few blocks away from the hotel. There's a skytrain station located just next to the hotel, get a day pass and you can travel around the city for a whole day, very convenience.

  It is quite confusing for check-in. I asked the girl at the concierge of the main entrance, she told me to take the escalator up. I found the hotel reception; however, my room is located on the other side of the hotel. Although, it's not far but still inconvenience if you have kids and many luggages with you. Actually, there's another check-in reception at the other side. If they have more signs to show where you should go to check-in, depending what type of room you booked, we can dropped off our luggages at the right counter and no need to carry them walking around.

  I work in Alaska so when I travel through from the east cost I overnight in Vancouver. River Rock is close to airport and has a great casino. Love it

  Comfortable, very clean, easy to find - great casino.

  Parking and signs were poorly marked. I made the booking but was in the dark about where hotel guests were to park.

  - We were recommended to stay here and it was really nice. - Great access to Skytrain and downtown. - Great size of suite room. lots of seating areas.

  - We couldn't use our Japanese credit cards(VISA). We called the credit card company, they said fine but still couldn't use it. - My mother was disappointed that there was no fresh salad in the breakfast buffet, which is common in international hotels. - We wish there was a laundry machine. The closest one was 2 stations away, it didn't make sense to travel that far.

  We got a great rate on booking and needed a hotel close to Vancouver Airport for one night. Very convenient for the sky train runs from yvr airport right to the door of the hotel and casino The Casino was fun and there were some ok restaurants. Nice beds and linens. Comfortable stay;

  Great Atmosphere!! Nice clean room. I would stay there again.

  good food, although really long wait for the buffet dinner. We had to wait close to 2 hrs before seated. There were lots of tables availing in the dinning room; however 60% were dirty still with dishes-were not being bussed fast enough. Overall; it was a great evening and great staff.

  The rooms were beautiful, the escalators were interesting in that they framed the main lobby with their curves, the housekeeper was very helpful and the band in the lounge was great.

  we went to the river rock specifically to play poker and were disappointed that it was not only across the street but it was much darker inside than the room we had come to love on the 3rd floor. Also, because it was across the street there was an additional charge for every menu item ordered. we were disappointed that the only food venue in the late evening was the food court

  I was offered a free upgrade to a one bedroom suite at no cost. The room was excellent, and the dining choices on site were very convenient.

  The food was only "ok" and the service in the lounge was marginally acceptable.

  The room was amazing, very quiet considering your so close to the airport and the beds are super comfy. The spa treatments were a must too, very relaxing

  Check in and check out took a little longer than we'd like. The hotel is so big that it can take a while to get from a to b (ie from complimentary car parking to room etc) but thats not really a complaint just something to be aware of.
